  • Efren Moreno Davila

    Owner/Construction Manager

    Efren is a 25 year veteran of the construction industry. He is in charge of all construction efforts, materials and inspections. Efren enjoys spending time with his family and learning new tricks of the trade.

  • Kyle Gardner

    Owner/Finance and Admin

    Kyle does the admin work, acquisition of property and sells our spec homes. He enjoys traveling with his family.

  • Bosco Iturbide

    Draftsman/Designer

    Bosco is our go-to designer. He consistently serves his clients needs and we cannot recommend him enough as it makes construction so much smoother than alternative options. Bosco will hold your hand and do the legwork in getting plans as well as permits.
